A band leader points his baton at student musicians playing on stage

You’ll find students hitting all the right notes in band rooms across the Buncombe County Schools system. When you bring them all together in one spot, you get a musical supergroup that fills the stage with magnificent melodies in a powerful, pitch-perfect performance.

The two day event culminated in a series of concerts at North Buncombe High School Thursday evening. The All-County Middle School Band opened the evening, followed by the 9th and 10th grade high school band. Junior and senior student musicians closed out the evening.
